TimeMaster (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is developed by Fengbird Tech. We take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
The App is a local-first time management tool. Your data is stored locally on your device by default. We do not operate any proprietary servers and will not actively collect, upload, or analyze your personal data. The App may collect and use the following information: • Schedule and todo data: including task titles, notes, times, categories, priorities, subtasks, etc., used solely for time management features. • Focus records: including focus duration, start/end times, used solely for tracking and statistics. • App preferences: including appearance mode, language selection, view preferences, etc., stored locally on your device.
The App may request the following system permissions, all of which are only requested when you actively enable the related features: • Reminders access: for syncing todo data with the system Reminders app (Pro feature). • Calendar access: for syncing schedule data with the system Calendar app (Pro feature). • Notification permission: for sending task reminders and focus completion notifications. • Live Activities permission: for displaying focus timer on Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
The App offers optional iCloud sync (Pro feature). When enabled, your schedules, todos, categories, focus records, and other data will sync to your iCloud account via Apple CloudKit, allowing data consistency across your Apple devices. iCloud sync is managed by Apple, and data is stored on Apple's servers, protected by Apple's privacy policy. We cannot access your data stored in iCloud.
The App offers subscription and one-time purchase Pro membership services, processed through Apple's StoreKit framework. All payment information is managed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information.
The App shares limited task data (task titles, times, category colors, etc.) with Home Screen widgets through App Groups, solely for displaying your schedules and todos in widgets. This data is not transmitted to any external services.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The App does not use IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) and does not track user behavior. The App only uses system frameworks provided by Apple (CloudKit, StoreKit, EventKit, etc.).
Your data is primarily stored locally on your device, protected by iOS system-level encryption. If iCloud sync is enabled, data is encrypted during both transmission and storage by Apple. We do not hold copies of your data and cannot access your data remotely.
The App is not designed for children under 13 and does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be displayed within the App. We recommend reviewing it periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
