Welcome to TimeMaster (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). The App is developed and operated by Fengbird Tech. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms of this agreement, please do not use the App.
The App is a time management tool that provides the following core features: • Schedule management: create, edit, and manage schedules with timeline views. • Todo management: create todos with list grouping, priority settings, and subtasks. • Focus timer: Pomodoro and custom timing with white noise support. • Statistics: display schedule, todo, and focus statistics. • Home Screen widgets: display schedules and todos on the Home Screen.
The App does not require account registration. Your data is stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to enable iCloud sync (Pro feature), data will sync across your devices via Apple iCloud services. You should ensure the security of your Apple ID and devices. You retain full ownership of all content created in the App. We will not use your data content in any way.
The App offers a free version and a Pro membership. Pro membership is available through Apple App Store subscription or one-time purchase, unlocking the following premium features: • iCloud multi-device data sync • Two-way sync with system Reminders • Two-way sync with system Calendar Subscriptions auto-renew according to your chosen plan unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. You can cancel your subscription in the App Store subscription management. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID payment method. Actual prices are as displayed in the App Store.
You agree to use the App in a lawful and reasonable manner. You must not: • Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise deconstruct the App. • Use the App for any activities that violate laws or regulations. • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App in any way.
All intellectual property rights of the App (including but not limited to software code, interface design, icons, copy, etc.) belong to Fengbird Tech. No part of the App may be copied, modified, or distributed without written authorization.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or error. • We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the App. • We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, system updates, or other force majeure factors. We recommend regularly backing up important data through iCloud sync.
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Updated versions will be displayed within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
